Pushups on Bosu Ball? Good or Bad...

Hello out there,

I love doing push ups; from a smith machine bar, off a bench, on a bosu, on a body ball, even on the floor!

Push ups are a great way to get your sweat on, work your chest, arms and core while getting stronger and fitter at the same time.
