Low impact and "Fat Burning Zone" or high impact and "Anaerobic Zone"?
If you're still thinking about working out in a Fat Burning Zone or an Aerobic Zone for weight loss as opposed to cardiovascular improvement, you may want to rethink that.
Nowadays there is so much research to prove that working out HARD at a high intensity will get you burning lots of calories, burning FAT and getting you FIT.
