Deadlifts

If you are like me, you are concerned about working your legs and butt; and what are some of the greatest exercises for this area? Well, the deadlift is certainly one top exercise for your butt and legs.

I've seen people doing this exercise in a variety of ways (not all correctly,  unfortunately), and here is a great link that differentiates the Romanian deadlift from the Stiff Legged Deadlift.

This is a great exercise to shape your rear end, but if you have back problems, you should be very careful, and take it slow.
