Smoothies...Yum!

I love smoothies in the morning, after a workout, or as an afternoon snack. You can throw all sorts of healthy goodness into the  blender, and come out with a delicious and satisfying drink.

I personally love to get some greens in with a handful of raw spinach. Add some mangoes, almond milk, half a banana and maybe some blueberries.
