Gangnam Style

Have you heard of Gangnam Style? If you live on planet google, you probably have! If not, check out this video here: I went on YouTube and looked it up, had a good laugh and forgot about it. But after seeing the workouts that are now being put on all over in fitness and dance centers, I gave it a further look. The dance you see being done by the actual creator, PSY, doesn’t look very intense; it actually looks pretty funny.  You can now find classes being taught in fitness studios and dance classes as a workout! They look pretty fun compared to sitting on a bike or elliptical for 10 minutes or so. What do you think? Have you tried it? Here's a video of Britney Spears trying it. What's your favorite way to get in cardio?
